Jesus Book Review and Study

Beth Moore has written many books and Bible studies geared toward women. While I have started some, her books have never held a broad interest to me. Recently, however, I began a search for something that would appeal to a wider audience so that I could begin a study in the Christian Literature forum. Moore's books certainly are popular across women's groups nationwide, so I settled upon Jesus: 90 Days With the One and Only.

I will be honest and admit that I have not been the greatest at following up in the forum. After reading I am Second, I was tempted to "journal" a journey in the forum and encouraged others to join me. A few postings in, and apparent lack of interest, and I dropped the ball. This time, I would like to propose a 90 day forum discussion using Moore's book from her personal reflections series.

In Jesus, Moore assigns a scripture passage. She points out a few things to consider and then lists a few questions. The following page(s) are commentary by Moore and are followed by a few more questions and a targeted prayer.

If you are interested in following along with me, copies of the book are available through online retailers such as Amazon.com. Please drop by the forum and share your thoughts on participating in a forum discussion. If you have read the book, please share your thoughts with us.
