Hobbies can be a great way to spend time doing things that you enjoy. There are hundreds of indoor hobbies that could get you moving. The list is endless. These are some ideas:

Small achievements can have a life changing effect. It is a good feeling to be able to accomplish goals. Learning can be made fun with hobbies. Life can get you down if you are not careful. Fight negative thoughts and disappointments with positive thinking and great hobbies that will get you moving.
