Developing Thinking Abilities Questions can increase thinking much faster than statements. Questions make the dendrites in our brain connect. Questions beginning with how, why, when, or where can get minds thinking. Most kids enjoy making things because they are naturally curious. Is it possible to learn to think?
Differentiated Instruction Everything about children, from thinking to learning, is different. Because we know that they are so different, effective teachers know that differentiated instruction is needed to help all children to make connections for learning. Diversity in the Classroom Children in classrooms today have individual learning needs. Learning preferences, backgrounds, as well as the needs of students vary. In order to adapt approaches to differentiation, it is necessary to take a look at instructional plans in a critical way. Making Accommodations in the Inclusive Classroom Adjustments to the general education curriculum can be made to accommodate students with learning disabilities. Supports, such as organizational skills, extra structure, and adjustments in classroom activities can be made to provide balance in learning. Relevant and Attainable Goals Goal setting is needed to accomplish goals. The most important questions that would be relevant to this task are concerning relevancy and attainability.
