Did you know that herbs are used for body care, beauty, health, medicinal purposes, and even in cooking preparations? It is quite true. it is also interesting to note that a growing number of people are discovering that herbs are a much better treatment for body care, beauty, health. The herbs also create a warm inviting home environment when their unique aromas are released into the air. In addition, herbs certainly add flavor and spice to foods. It is easier than you might think to get started creating your own little herbal garden on a kitchen windowsill or even in a small outside space. Some even use the herbs in special steam preparations to treat facial problems. It is thought that the steam helps remove toxins by increasing circulation and opening the pores. Lavender - Lavender is thought to deliver great number of surprising benefits. Lavender oil is commonly used in many beauty preparations, perfumes, soaps, and cleaning products. A bath that is filled with lavender is thought to soothe tired feet.
Chamomile - Chamomile tea that is use to rinse brown hair creates natural golden highlights.
Sage - An infusion of sage tea that is poured through dull black hair adds nutrients and makes hair glow with a natural healthy dark highlights.
