Stimulate and Invigorate With Essential Oils
Thereís nothing like needing a pick me up that will stimulate and invigorate your mind, body and soul.
Hot temperatures can make you feel sluggish and wanting to just kick back and do absolutely nothing. Mental fatigue can have you feeling drained as well.
How do you uplift your space and yourself? You use essential oils that will help invigorate and stimulate your space and your body. Fresh aromas such as ginger, black pepper and coriander will give you a boost. Rosemary, Peppermint and basil will help in stimulating mental and physical fatigue as well.
Whether youíre eating them or using them in a bath oil or body lotion they will give you added pep in your step and invigorate space and your body.
Letís take a look at what they are capable of:
Ginger is used in Chinese medicine as a stimulator. Itís known to bring warmth to your body and is said to be great for circulation.
Coriander (cilantro)- It is believed that its seeds have the power of immortality. It has a fresh and spicy aroma and is useful when youíre feeling drained and/or sluggish.
Black pepper is one of the earliest known spices. When combined with rosemary, athletes, on order to achieve faster times and reduce muscular fatigue and pain, have used these two essential oils.
Rosemary is renowned for its ability to restore shine to your dull, lifeless hair. It is also known to stimulate mental clarity. Itís said to help in clearing away the cobwebs, confusion, indecision and assist in restore clarity and a positive outlook on life.
Peppermint is excellent when used as an inhalant or mixed with creams and rubbed on the temples. Its clear, minty aroma will open your sinus and relieve tension from headaches. Peppermint and rosemary will clear your head and add energy to your brain cells.
Basil is known to be excellent in relieving mental fatigue. Basil is also known to recharge memory, thereby being ideal in aiding your concentration.
Why all the energy spent on stimulating and invigorating your mind and space? Because it seems as though a lot of you have been challenged with fatigue, and overwhelm.
