Five Summer Body Care Tips
We all want to look good and feel good about ourselves even in the middle of a summer heat wave. But sometimes it is just too difficult to keep that fresh look going when you're melting under the summer heat. My suggestion is to take time to make a few changes to your usual body care routine. Why? Well, warmer weather establishes a whole new set of body care rules to follow.
Take a break from those strong fragrances Let the warmer weather inspire you to change your fragrance to a fresher and lighter scent. Try a fragrance that is in the tropical, botanical, or citrus family.
Keep your skin looking healthy and glowing during the summer heat. This is the time to toss out the makeup, but don't forget to wear a sunscreen with moisturizers. It is important to keep your skin hydrated. Always use a body moisturizer with sunscreen included. Here is a tip: Moisturize skin before and after going out in the sun. Let your hair go natural during the summer and give it a well deserved break from heat appliances and chemicals.
