Orange, grapefruit, lemon or lime these are your uplifting yet relaxing essential oils. When you combine them with lavender, sandalwood or even cinnamon they will warm your spirit and soothe your soul.

Clary Sage is another essential oil that helps in relaxing, rejuvenating and revitalizing your mind. During the Holiday Season, stress shows up like an unwanted cold sore. It appears and you’re trying to figure out where it came from.

No doubt with the anxiety of planning for people, relatives that is, its bound to overwhelm you.

Rosemary is a good oil to have on hand this time of year, especially since it helps with poor memory.

Now I’m not saying you’re forgetful but I am saying a few things can slip through the memory crack. I know, I’ve walked from one room to the next and forgot why I was entering the room in the first place.

So by adding Rosemary to your goody bag and mixing it with your lemon essential oil, you just might create a brain stimulant for yourself.

Swiss Pine is an oil that might not be at the top of your list for helping relieve stress but it’s great for lack of energy and strengthening the mind.

Swiss pine is also good for people who lack courage and in moments of stress, your self-confidence is not always at its peak.

It’s also an oil that helps with patience, so when you find yourself in a somewhat stressful environment, have patience with yourself and move through it.
