Caffeine is a Stimulate
It is true that caffeine is a drug that stimulates the central nervous system. People love to start their day with a big cup of coffee. In fact, a number of people can't start their day properly without drinking a cup of coffee. This has given the green light to coffee shops popping up all over the country that deal in the coffee stimulant. Of course, there are a few advantages to regularly consuming caffeine. Caffeine keeps you alert and helps you stay wide awake. It also quickens your response time to any type of outside stimuli. This is exactly why people who work odd hours or must drive a long distance drink a lot of coffee.

Caffeine Warnings
Leading studies are still focusing on whether or not caffeine is really addictive. People who regularly consume caffeine certainly have their own opinion on that fact. Studies show that stopping the drug does cause withdrawal symptoms in some individuals. The withdrawal symptoms might include headaches, fatigue, drowsiness, irritability, nausea, and body aches. Medical researchers suggest that those wishing to reduce the amount of caffeine consumed should start slow in order to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms. For example, take a few weeks to gradually reduce and end the caffeine consumption instead of all at once.
