The Aromatic Beauty of a Soothing Milk Bath
In the spirit of warm weather and the quest for soft, smooth and radiant skin, what better way to pamper yourself than with an exotic fizzing milk bath that will also soothe away all your stresses and bring delight and serenity.

Surrendering to the divine power of luscious scents will enliven your senses. The intoxicating aroma of Jasmine, the subtle yet profound scent of Sandalwood, the warmth of Ginger and the sweetness of Orange, what a beautiful combination. Embrace your sensuality by combining them into a scentual blend and you could possibly transform yourself into a "Aromatic Goddess" smelling like an aphrodisiac.

Since your bath is usually where you can become one with self and scent, a bath bomb would be the perfect way to have your world of scent engaged. You'll be able to find a lot of these ingredients at your local health food store. However, your essential oils will need to be purchased from a reputable supplier online.

Fizzy Milk Bath Bomb

  • 1/4 C. Baking Soda
  • 2 TBSP. Powdered Milk
  • 2 TBSP. Citric Acid
  • 1TBSP. Coconut, Almond, Avocado or Apricot Kernel Oil
  • 1/2 TBSP. Water
  • 3 to 6 drops of liquid colorant (optional)
  • Dried Rose Petals
  • 1/3 Bottle Your Favorite Aromatic Blend -Prepare the blend below by pouring the essential oils into a 10-ml bottle and adding organic vegetable oil to fill.

    • 3 drops Jasmine otto
    • 5 drops Ginger
    • 6 drops Sandalwood
    • 6 drops Sweet Orange

    Put all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, melt oil and add 1/3 bottle of your blend and colorant if desired. Slowly add the oil mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Shape into a ball, adding more sweet almond oil if necessary until you have a nice, textured ball. Let sit for 2 to 3 hours; reshape if needed. Allow bath bomb to harden for 24-48 hours. Store in an air-tight container. Drop 1 to 3 bath bombs into your warm bath water and indulge your senses!
