Missing Children - Sandra Cantu and Adam Herrman
Where is Sandra Cantu?

Sandra Cantu disappeared on March 27, after coming home from school and leaving to visit a nearby friend in the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park in Tracy, California. Eight-year-old Sandra Cantu has blond hair, brown eyes, and was wearing black leggings and a pink Hello Kitty shirt the day she disappeared. Police have released surveillance camera images showing the girl skipping and swinging her arms after she turned off a path in the mobile home park into an alley. For eight long or short seconds Sandra is on the video and appears to be healthy and happy. By eight thirty that night she has become a missing child. Police do not feel Sandra ran away from home and that most likely her disappearance is one involving foul play.

Two men have been questioned, six locations searched and four cars impounded, and a warrant issued for one person. There is a $26,000 reward for information regarding her disappearance. Police and FBI continue to follow hundreds of leads about Sandra Cantu. Please contact the Tracy Police Department at 209-831-4550 or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678 if you have any information on Sandra Cantu.

Will the real Irving Groeninger III or Adam Herrman please stand up?

He was born on June 8, 1987, and named Irvin Groeninger III, legally today his name is Adam Herrman. Adam Herrman (and his siblings) lived a life based in foster care most of his early life, until his biological parents rescinded their parental rights. Adam was eventually adopted by his foster parents Valerie and Doug Herrman. Adam disappeared sometime around 1999. That is 10 years ago!

At the time Adam can last be remembered as being alive and well, was when he was a preteen around eleven or twelve years old, living in Kansas with his adoptive parents in the Towanda Mobile Home Park. In those 10 years, his disappearance was not reported until just recently and only because someone may have tipped off the Division of Family Services.

Supposedly, the reason his adoptive parents did not report Adam as missing, was due to a history of the boy running away. Authorities are maintaining the adoptive parents are not a suspect at this time. Is there not a law making not reporting a child missing a big deal? Adam Hermann (Irvin Groeninger III) where are you? If you know where Adam is or if Adam is alive, please call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
