Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients :
Minced Chicken 500 gms(16 Oz)
Finely Chopped Onions – 2
Boiled mashed medium Potatoes 3
Chopped Green chilies – 2-3(optional)
grated Ginger – 2 tbsp
grated Garlic – 2 tbsp
Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Bread crumbs – 2 cups
Beaten Egg – 1
Vegetable Oil

Preparation Method
Wash and drain the chicken. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add turmeric powder, salt, pepper and little bit of ginger garlic paste and half cup of water. Cook on low heat till done.
Heat oil in another pan, add onions fry till golden brown, add green chilies, ginger,garlic fry for a minute. Now add the mashed potatoes and the cooked chicken. fry it on low flame for 4-5 minutes, keep stirring. Let the mixture cool. Using this mixture make ping pong sized balls and dip it in the beaten egg, then into the breadcrumbs. make thick flat Patties.
Heat oil in a skillet and shallow fry till patties turn golden brown on both the sides.
