3 new potatoes (3 - 4 inch)
3 cans green beans
1/2 onion diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic pasted or 2 tsp garlic minced
1/4 tsp pepper
2 TBSP. red bell pepper diced small
Cook the Potatoes diced with onions and bell pepper until done. Drain, add seasonings and green beans and simmer a few minutes until thoroughly hot. May add slivered almonds if desired.
