Bianca Noel Piper Missing For Two Years

Bianca Noel Piper disappeared two years ago March 10, 2005. She was thirteen when she disappeared. Today she would be fifteen. Although, Bianca was chronologically thirteen when she disappeared, she functioned at the same mind-set of a second grader or around the age of a nine-year-old. Bianca is one of several children in Missouri who remain missing after a year or more.

Bianca has a history of Bipolar Disorder. Bipolar is a mental illness, which can cause sudden, severe, and unexplained shifts in mood swings, energy, thinking, and behavior. Treatment for Bipolar illness involves seeing a doctor, who prescribes and oversees medications to help control the symptoms of Bipolar. While taking the medication, daily, as prescribed, patients will usually have little or no difficulty. Yet, if a patient does not take their medication, they can have difficulty performing even normal daily activities, and may become paranoid, confused, and even psychotic.

Bianca weighed 185 pounds when she vanished. Most of Bianca’s weight gain was because of the side effects of her bipolar medication. Bianca’s mother believes Bianca may have lost a significant amount of weight since she has not had her medication. This weight loss may cause a change in what Bianca would look like two years after her disappearance, especially compared with her original National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) Poster.

What this means is, that if Bianca is alive, she may not even know her name or address. Her mother followed the advice of a mental health counselor who suggested that Bianca walk off her anger when she became angry. The advice that a mother followed hoping to help her daughter to learn how to control her anger has changed so many lives.

What happened after Shannon Tanner dropped her daughter Bianca Noel Piper off at the McIntosh Hill Road Bridge in Foley Missouri on March 10, 2005? Where is Bianca Noel Piper? Did someone that night happen to drive by as Bianca was walking home and kidnap? Was Bianca angry and did she walk towards town instead of towards her home? Someone had to see or hear something that fated night. Perhaps they think what they saw is no big deal. Please if you heard or saw something, no matter how insignificant you believe, it may be, please call the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Bianca is white, has freckles on her face, brown eyes, and curly brown medium length hair. The night she disappeared, she was wearing a bright lime green blouse, blue jeans; a gray Adidas hooded sweatshirt, with white tennis shoes. When she left her house, she was carrying a flashlight. Bianca has scars on her arms and legs, a scar on her abdomen, and her ears pierced. See Bianca Noel Piper's new poster at the (NCMEC)National Center for Missing and Exploited Children website her picture has been age enhanced by two years from age 13 to 15.

To learn more about Bianca please visit her website Help Find Bianca Piper. If you have any information about Bianca Noel Piper, call your local authorities, 911, or the Missouri Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department. Bianca where ever you are I am sending you angels to keep you safe and guide you home, angels above you, angels below you, angels all around you.
