Scents of Summer

Scents of Summer
Hot fun in the summertime! Are you ready for the scents and sights of summer? Let's take a look at Lemon and Spearmint Essential oils. Tart, citrus, and minty, whether used in the oil form or herbal/fruit form, these two oils will add intrigue and excitement into summer aromas and blends.

There's nothing like a cool glass of fresh lemonade, iced tea or a Mint Julep to ward of the summer heat.

It's not the drinks that make for summer scents but the ingredients of the lemon and the mint that set them off.

Lemon - The fresh pulp delights our taste buds, whether in a cool drink or enhancing the flavor of a freshly cooked piece of fish. But it's the lemon oil that brings the extensive healing properties into your scent world.

Not only does lemon essential oil kill bacteria and germs in minutes, it enhances your immune system by stimulating white blood cell production allowing the body to fight off infection.

Lemon oil encourages the elimination of waste. It's also said to tone your heart, liver and kidneys as well as lower blood pressure and stimulate circulation.
