How to Get Aromatherapy Benefits

There are several ways to get aromatherapy benefits without having to rush out and buy a diffuser. Let's take a look at a few:

Spray Bottle
This is a quick and easy method. Simply find a clean bottle with a spray top. Add several drops of your favorite essential oil to the bottle that has been filled with water. Spritz the air with the mixture to freshen the air and receive instant aromatherapy benefit.

Cotton Balls
Place a few drops on a clean cotton ball and tuck in your dresser drawer, pockets, or a favorite handbag. This is a wonderful way to experience the aromatic scent through out the day.

Light Bulbs
Make sure that your light bulb is turned off. Now, take a cotton ball and dab a few drops of the essential oil on the LED bulb. Turn on your light. Soon, the room will fill with the essential oil scent.

Tissues
Add a dab of the essential oils to a tissue. Tuck in a pocket, shoe, or even in your pillow case at night. Receive the soothing effects of lavender or jasmine while you work or sleep.

Bath Water
Run water in your bathtub. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil like Sandalwood to your bath, along with your favorite bubble bath for a truly relaxing experience.

Shampoo
Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to your shampoo. Tea tree is thought to treat dandruff and thinning hair. Jasmine adds a fresh scent.

Essential Oil Set 14 - 5 ml. Pure Therapeutic Grade Includes Frankincense, Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, Orange, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Clove, Spearmint, Lemongrass, Cinnamon
