Exercise
Walking is fundamental to good physical health. The fact is that every little bit of exercise helps to strengthen the body. Forget about exercising until your head spins. Instead, step out in a sturdy pair of walking shoes and hit the walking trail in a nearby park, walk around a large shopping center, or a walk around your neighborhood for about fifteen to twenty minutes daily.

Healthy Food
Remove unhealthy treats out of your fridge and kitchen cabinets. Toss the chips, cookies, and candy in the trash or donate to a charitable organization. Substitute a healthy snack for those fatty treats. Practice this for at least seven days in a row and it will turn into a healthy habit.

Stay Hydrated
Water keeps the body hydrated, healthy, prevents early aging, and washes toxins out of the body. Health experts state that the average person simply is not drinking enough fluids. Here is an idea. Drink one or two extra glasses of water a day. Check if it makes a difference in the way that you feel. Don't forget about adding veggies and fruits to your regular meals. Vegetables and fruits are a powerful combination composed of vitamins, minerals, and important enzymes.

Control Stress
Are you feeling stressed? Try aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is a real science that promotes using essential oils to balance and lift the spirits, mind, and body. Inhalation is a way to receive the therapeutic effects of the essential oils. Dilute the selected essential oil with a carrier oil like olive oil and add a few drops to bath water or spray the scent in a room. Stress reducing essential oils include Lavender, Rose, Frankincense, Chamomile.

Mood Enhancer
Boost a sour mood by sitting in the sun for a few minutes daily. Sunlight boosts your mood. Fresh air invigorates your mind and body.
