The recipes in the book are succinct and easy-to-follow, so that everyone, from beginning to advanced cooks can successfully prepare the mouthwatering strawberry dishes. There are photographs of almost every recipe, so cooks will know just what their finished dishes will look like. Also included are good notes at the beginning of each recipe to give insight into the dish.

This cookbook actually includes almost everything most of us want to know about strawberries – different kinds, how to choose them, how to store them, and even a few hints on how to grow them.
