Relationship With Jesus

Relationship With Jesus
Developing a close and personal relationship with Jesus Christ builds confidence in knowing that we shall have what we ask. Jesus is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him. Developing a closer walk with Jesus can be very rewarding in many ways.

Could you really expect to be rewarded abundantly for a poor job? You reap what you sow. If you sow bountifully, you will reap bountifully. The world knows that you must invest something to get something. An increase in faith and hope will result in receiving what has already been promised to you.

When we study the scriptures in the bible, we find that Jesus is The Great I Am. He is found to be all things to everyone.

1. Jesus is a healer. There are many accounts in the bible that show us that Jesus heals.
2. Jesus is a provider. The bible tells us that you will never see his seed begging bread. He cares for us. He knows our needs before we ask.
3. Jesus is the peace in the midst of a storm. When you learn to rest in the Lord you will come to know the peace that passeth all understanding.

Trusting God Is difficult for some people because we can't see him. It makes it easier when we come to understand that he is a spirit and we are to worship in spirit and in truth. You are a spirit that has a soul and lives in a body.

You will never know him for yourself until you build a relationship with him. The bible says ask and it will be given unto you, seek and ye shall find, knock and the door shall be open.

Healthy relationships are a vital part of everyday living. Developing and maintaining a relationship with Jesus is essential for your spiritual growth. As your walk with Jesus grows, faith will begin to build as you come to know the God you serve.

Would you walk up to a complete stranger and ask for healing, a new job, or even money to pay your bills? Of course not. You would consider it if this were a close friend or relative. Jesus is a friend, who is closer than any brother. When you begin to put him first, your thoughts will line up with his thoughts.

The Lord Is waiting to build a relationship with you. All you have to do is ask. He already knows what you are in need of before you ask. He is waiting to serve you.

Joshua 24:15 says as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. A close and personal relationship is built by serving others. It could be as simple as a good morning to someone or taking care of your household with love.

As a servant of Christ, serve with gladness. You are blessed to be a blessing to somebody else. When you take your focus off of your problems and focus on building a relationship with Jesus, things will begin to turn around for you.

An abundant life is within reach. He is not a man that should lie. You shall have whatever you say.
