When feeling angry, try taking some time out to go for a walk of 5 minutes or more, swinging your arms back and forth - when your right foot steps forward, your left arm swings forward, and when your left foot steps forward your right arm swings forward.

Keep your breathing even, such as 2 steps to breathe in and 2 steps to breath out; 2 steps to breathe in and 2 steps to breath out and continue this pattern.
While walking, take some time to think about the reasons that you feel angry. Is it frustration? Is it because you can't do something you want to do or have difficulty doing? Are you having problems getting along with family, schoolmates or others?
Tell an adult you trust about your thoughts, feelings, and frustrations. With an adult work out a step-by-step plan for achieving your goal.
To take the edge off anger try this instant anger release method.
