Missing Children Bittersweet Milestones

Bianca Noel Piper
Bianca Noel Piper was thirteen on the night of her disappearance on March 10, 2005 from Foley, Missouri. Bianca had ADHD and Bipolar, and she took medication for both conditions. The medication was required to help Bianca control her mood swings and impulsivity. On the advice of a therapist, Bianca’s mom tried a new technique to help control her daughter to control her anger. Bianca was to be encouraged to walk off her anger. This worked well for a family who lives in the country on a dead end road. At least it had worked well the first time it was implemented, the night before Bianca’s disappearance.

Unfortunately, the second time has turned into a never-ending nightmare, one where Bianca never came home. This is one nightmare that Bianca’s mother would like to wake up from very soon. Three years have passed and no sign of the beautiful brown-eyed, dark curly haired teen, named Bianca Noel Piper. What happened to Bianca? Anyone with information about Bianca Noel Piper is asked to call their local FBI, police or the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department at 636-528-8546 extension 3245, ask for Detective Chris Bartlett.

Heather Nicole Kullorn
When our children reach twenty-one years of age they reach a new mile stone in their life. They have reached the end of childhood and the beginning of their adult life. For a parent like Chris Kullorn, whose child, Heather Nicole Kullorn, disappeared at the age of twelve this birthday is simply one more bittersweet day that starts those rhetorical questions once more. This is the case of Heather Kullorn who disappeared July 15, 1999, from Richmond Heights, Missouri while babysitting for family friends Dana Madden and Christopher Herbert. Dana Madden was working overnight at a convenience store and her alibi has been verified by police. Chris Herbert is a different story; no one can really verify where he was that night.

A neighbor out walking his dog at approximately 0200 saw a man carry a child wrapped in a light colored comforter out of the apartment in question. Unfortunately the neighbor is legally blind without his prescription glasses and he was not wearing them that night. There is DNA evidence at the apartment that leads police to believe Heather is not alive, yet Heather is diabetic and does require special medicine to help control her condition. What happened to Heather Kullorn? Time has played a cruel joke and kept her forever twelve in her mother’s eyes. Please if you know anything about Heather Kullorn’s disappearance please call the local FBI, police or the Richmond Heights Police Department at 314-645-3000.
