Senegal Jigsaw Puzzle

Guest Author - Mavis Metcalf

A young Senegal sits in front of a window. Thanks to Gay Noeth for the use of the picture.

You may have to scroll over to get the whole puzzle in your window. As always, you can make this jigsaw puzzle easier (or harder) by clicking on "shapes" to the left and changing the number and shape of puzzle pieces.

Senegal parrots can make wonderful pets. They are not one of the nosier birds and they enjoy playing with toys - or with their person. Because they are not large birds, their cage does not have to be large - although it must be larger than a cage for a budgie or canary. All birds should have a cage that is large enough so that they can flap their wings wildly and not hit the cage bars or any of their toys. This would be a minimum size, but larger than minimum woud be better.

The book on Senegals can be purchased at Amazon.com and Amazon.ca
