Masala Beans

Ingredients:
Boiled Soya bean 150 gms
Ghee 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chopped onion 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Yoghurt 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 2-4 optional

Method:
Heat ghee in a heavy vessel. Add mustard seeds. when it starts to splatter add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute then add chopped onion. Fry till golden brown in color then add curry leaves and tomato paste. fry til fat starts to seperate. add soy beans and mix well. fry for a few minutes. Before Serving add yoghurt on top. serve with chapaties.
