Senior Issues Newsletter

Hello, Dear Reader

I'm the new editor of Senior Issues, and I’d like to welcome all visitors to this site. Here's an invitation to sign up for my weekly newsletter.

I'd like to be able to keep you informed of new articles, web resources and of course, the latest in news, politics and medicine that are going to affect us or that have affected us as graying seniors. Signing up for my weekly newsletter gives me the opportunity to do just that. My goal is to publish each Wednesday, giving your mid-week a boost!

I’ll also offer such intriguing tidbits as a “tip of the week,” a “quote of the week,” "a great place to take a few days off" and maybe just a bit of wit and wisdom from the seniors who have gone before, whose abilities with the English language surpass mine own. Everything in my newsletter is slanted to the graying of America (and beyond.) In spite of what the thirty-something crowd may be promoting, let us not let them forget that pre-baby boomers and baby boomers still make up the majority of this land, and we're looking to have fun, to be informed, and to be on the cutting edge of politics, technology and medical advances.

I have traveled all over this great nation, and lived as a Southerner for ten years, as well as being, at heart, a California girl. My humor can take bizarre twists, so please, let me know if I have made light of something important to you - I'd love to hear your point of view. Come log in to the forum, and scold me, I love a enthusiastic, honest, verbal tug-of-war!

Signing up is easy. Just enter your email address in the box to the right of this article or the box directly below this article. You’ll be added to the list of newsletter recipients immediately. BellaOnline will send a test message to make sure that your ISP is allowing us to email you, and then you'll be subscribed!

And because I know how much we all just love spam (not!), I want to reassure you that your email address will never be used for any other purpose than to receive this newsletter. BellaOnline has strict privacy rules and those rules are followed implicitly.

Enjoy!
