The suggested essential oils are readily available at health food stores. Essential oils are not for consumption and must always be diluted in a carrier (such as Sweet Almond oil, Jojoba oil, etc. also available at health food stores) before use. Add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil to approximately 1/8 cup of carrier oil. Mix gently. Keep tightly covered and use as required, preferably at bedtime. Keep out of direct light.

If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any essential oils.
Skin test all products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs. To stop burning, redness, itching or irritation do not add water; instead apply generous amounts of vegetable oil to the area.
