Quick Italian Fish Bake Recipe

Quick Italian Fish Bake Recipe
This delicious Italian Fish Bake is quick enough for a weeknight, but good enough for company. Sautéed vegetables form the bottom layer; it’s topped with tender mild white fish, then covered with a creamy marinara sauce. The sauce gets a head start from the versatile Basic Cream Soup Mix and is completed with bottled spaghetti sauce. Nothing could be easier.
Since this Italian Fish Bake has great Italian flavors and is meatless, it’s a great choice for a St. Joseph’s Day Table if there are plans to celebrate St. Joseph’s Day on March 19th. It’s delicious, however, anytime of the year since the ingredients are always readily available. Complete the meal with a tossed green salad and crusty Italian bread.
