A Walk With the Women of the Bible- Ebook

“A Walk With the Women of the Bible” e-book has been updated with 10 additional pages of exciting stories of the women of the Bible.

Have you ever wished that you had lived in biblical times? Do you think about what it would have been like to know Jesus when He was here in the flesh? Do you think about living in the Old Testament times, when God worked mighty miracles?

When I read the Bible, I often think about walking the streets of Jerusalem or Nazareth. I wonder about meeting the prophet Samuel or chatting with the apostles. I love to put myself into Bible stories. This is why I have a passion for studying the women who are immortalized in the pages of the Bible. These women lived many years ago and most of them were very simple people, yet their stories have been read and studied over and over again throughout the centuries.

From a humble, unnamed Bible woman I learned that it is important to ask God for what I need from Him and talk to Him as though He is a man in the room with me.

I learned from a mother and a grandmother the importance of teaching God’s word to the children who are in my sphere of influence.

I learned from a seamstress that simple acts of kindness are as important, to God, as great miracles of faith.

I gained the encouragement that, even after years of disappointing circumstances, God always rewards His children according to His plan and His timetable.

I learned that if I am to have healing in my soul, I can’t watch Jesus from a distance. I must step out of the crowd and make my way toward Him.

In each story of a woman of the Bible, there is a picture of God. Each picture shows something of Who He is. The stories show the many facets of His personality. They show the holiness of God and the sinfulness of mankind but they also show His hand reaching through the great division, between the two, to rescue those who love Him.

The stories of the women of the Bible were placed there for a purpose – God’s purpose. They are there for you and for me – for our education and encouragement. My e-book, “A Walk With Women of the Bible” is a collection of the stories of more than 37 of them. Join me in getting to know each of these amazing women while we extract valuable insights and lessons from their lives.
