As the Adoption editor, I’ll be writing weekly articles, participating in forum discussions, and sending out a weekly newsletter.

The newsletter is a great way to keep up with my latest articles and site updates. The newsletter will be published once a week, and will contain a link to my latest article and a link to current forum discussions. It will also include games, informational tidbits, and words of wisdom from those who have have been a part of the adoption process in any way.

You may be wondering what type of articles will be featured on the adoption site, especially before you sign up for the newsletter. The short answer is…the sky’s the limit!

I’ll be writing feature articles on all types of adoption, including: domestic, international, relative, and special needs. Additionally, you’ll find articles on subjects such as: home studies, the Hague Treaty, reviews on adoption related book for kids and adults, baby showers, announcements, foster care, adoption terminology, adoption conferences, workshops, adoption myths and family tree projects, just to name a few!

If you’d like to talk with others about adoption, come by the adoption forum. There’s always someone a click away to offer support and guidance as you explore your adoption journey. Or, if you have adopted, come on by and tell us your story! We’d love to hear what you’ve learned and your advice for other people getting ready to begin their own adoption. As mentioned above, each newsletter will have a link to the most recent forum discussions. That way, no matter how busy life gets, you’ll be a click away from talking with others about adoption, rather than scrolling through forum page after forum page.
