Yahoo Email Address Banned Error

BellaOnline's forums are extremely popular, with over 20,000 registered members posting and sharing information. Many times that number of visitors read the messages without creating a membership. Because of this, we have become a prime target of spammers. Sadly, 99% of the spammer accounts were created with Yahoo. Numerous requests to Yahoo to help us combat this spam infestation have met with silence.

Because of this, we've had to ban Yahoo accounts from coming into our forum system. It was the only way to keep the forums at least mostly spam free! We apologize to those visitors who have Yahoo accounts. There are many other mail systems out there, such as Gmail, that do a much better job of handling spammers. We ask that you sign up with one of those systems in order to participate in our online forum system.

We will continue to work with Yahoo to find a solution to this problem, so that we can once again allow Yahoo addresses to post freely in our online forums.
