Hello to all Short Stories fans whether wannabe writers, creative writing students, teachers, school students or fiction fans in general the newsletter is for all. Welcome to the Short Stories newsletter which will have a wide variety of articles for all short literature fans as the list includes writing tips, prompts, ideas, reviews of both favourite classics and reviews of many new and upcoming authors. All this information and news is good to share in the Short Stories newsletter, as are updates about planned new innovations and changes to the site which, of course, includes a forum for discussion and enquiries.

Thanks for your interest in the Short Stories newsletter so far. Free newsletters will be emailed every week and will provide updates and information about the different topics to be discussed, for example news of upcoming Short Stories contests, classic reviews or breaking new authors. There will be a balance of old and new and some topical story reviews for different times of the year or to mark current events of note.

Newsletters are a handy means to keep in touch with readers as they offer direct links to the latest featured Short Stories articles. They may present insights into books that are currently popular or cautionary notes of less appealing works that haven’t made the grade according to this editor! Alternative views and opinions are welcome and Short Stories readers are warmly encouraged to present opposing views or alternative viewpoints in the Short Stories forum.

The newsletters will be sent out in text-only format for ease of reading so it doesn’t matter which system readers choose for receiving them. To subscribe to the Short Stories newsletter, go to the right hand menu next to this article. There will be a field in which to type the email address a reader wishes to have it sent to.All readers have to do to receive their free Short Stories newsletter is to type in their chosen e-mail address and it’s all fixed up. At BellaOnline there are no hidden extras or requests for personal information and the identity of each reader remains unknown (barring bounced newsletters which are very rare.)

As soon as they’re signed up, all subscribers get a confirmation notice and an initial (test) message to confirm the right e-mail and subscription has been safely set up and also to let readers know their spam filter is allowing BellaOnline newsletters through.

The BellaOnline Short Stories newsletter is all about what’s new and what’s treasured in the world of the Short Stories Literature Genre and will cover both old and new, both established and breaking writers….. and a new writer could be one of our readers!
