Discussion starters -- Each week I'll put a discussion starter in the newsletter to jump-start our weekly discussions about weight loss topics.
I'll also send alerts to new information from the weight loss site and forum. In the site you'll find informative articles about many weight loss techniques including reasons why to or not to lose weight. On the forum you'll find delicious recipes for all types of diets that can help you lose unwanted weight without getting bored.
