Brain Development

Brain Development
What’s the most important factor to our intellectual and cognitive development? Some say it’s genetics. Others say it’s our environment. While some will even argue that it’s a result of self-discipline.

Sure these all play a role, but the single most important factor to brain development and intellectual capacity is our daily nutrition. You know the saying, “Garbage in, garbage out!” If you’re eating an unhealthy diet, then you’re cheating yourself out of your brain’s full potential. But, even worse, by eating a poor diet, you’re dooming your children to a future of mediocre intelligence, poor eyesight, decreased hearing, delayed and deficient verbal skills and more.

All nutritional factors are important for brain development, but the most important/beneficial nutritional factor for your brain comes from consuming foods rich in EPA and DHA or supplementing your diet with Omega 3 Salmon Oil. Oh! And the good news is that it’s never too late to develop your brain.
