Black Fridays and Cyber Mondays

Black Fridays and Cyber Mondays
What are your plans for Black Friday and Cyber Monday?

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Turkey day is almost here and consumers are gearing up for the holiday specials that will be happening afterwards. On Black Fridays and Cyber Mondays retailers and consumers alike look forward to, and prepare for these holiday specials.

I was watching the news one morning and the was report on how people were already lining up to camp out until that friday after thanksgiving. There were two people that started the line at the store. They wanted to make sure they were the first one’s in the store to take advantage of the savings before everything was gone. They were literally camped out in front of the store at least 5 days, if not 6, before Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

Black Friday is where people can physically go to the store, buy and take their products home with them. However, Cyber Monday is the virtual world’s day of Black Friday. If you have an internet business then Cyber Mondays are of interest to you, especially if you publish a newsletter. If you have an online business then it means you have a website and are promoting your business across the *World Wide Web*.

So what does Cyber Monday mean for shoppers and consumers?

Many people do a lot of shopping online now. Things are cheaper and it beats having to brave the crowded stores on Black Friday. I've even found it to be more beneficial to shop online myself. There is just so much more offered online now than in the stores. The physical store can only hold so much merchandise, but with the internet, consumer items are endless. There is just so much more to choose from and you can always find whatever you’re looking for cheaper on the internet.

So with Cyber Monday you find even greater deals than the *everyday* already good deals! Many retail stores will run specials on Cyber Mondays also, in addition to their Black Friday sales.

Shopping online has also become very convenient for people who are not able to get around the stores during Black Friday. It’s also convenient if you just don’t have the time to shop. It takes a fraction of the time to do all your holiday shopping online than going from store to store. It’s also less tiring and less stressful.

So be sure to take advantage of Cyber Monday and promote your business, products or services in your newsletter, since everyone that can be online will be online on Cyber Monday.

Have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving Day!
