Puppy Cookies- 2-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 T. leftover meat gravy or broth
- 1 jar baby food - strained beef or chicken
Preparation - Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough about 1/4" thick. Cut with a small dog bone shape (or other) cookie cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool and harden. Order my dog treats ebook cookbook...
