Greetings All,

I hope this newsletter finds all of you healthy and happy. This time of the year is tough if you are living in a climate where winter is cold and snowy. It sometimes seems as if Spring will never arrive.

I live here in New England, and actually we haven't really had anything but a light dusting of snow so far. And, the temperatures have been unseasonably warm. But, I still feel the need to hibernate.

In ancient times, the clans and tribes would spend most of the winter sleeping in order to slow down the metabolism. Like the bears, they would emerge from their caves and lodges in the Springtime. Sounds tempting to me!!
