Though it feels like I just flipped my calendar page to October, the month is in fact on its last legs. Halloween is just about a week away, which means that the other end-of-the-year holidays aren't far behind.
Whether you throw yourself into Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and New Year's with delightful abandon, or feel like climbing under a rock when this time of year rolls around, my wish for you this season is more time to revel in the important parts of these celebrations (like spending time with friends and family, and looking back on what's happened in the past year) and less time feeling stressed. Regardless of the time of year, there's always the chance that the realities of everyday life will get in the way of our best intentions to get and stay organized.
