I hope you are enjoying fall as we swing into October. Pumpkins, corn stalks, and mums line my little quiet street in upstate New York. This time of year brings me back to the simplicity of childhood. Apple cider, apple sauce, picking out pumpkins, and getting my Halloween costume ready are fond memories that I hold close to my heart.
