Hummus is widely used as a dip or spread, but did you know that it can make a variety of tasty sandwiches? Here is a simple recipe for homemade hummus. For many years, my husband and I met with a group of friends for fellowship and great food. Our friend Lynda would bring her homemade hummus a couple of time a year. It was always a hit! Here is my version of the hummus that Lynda shared with us. I want to share it with you, along with some ideas for vegetarian sandwiches.
