Romantic Movie Quote of the Week:
Can you guess what movie it’s from? The answer is at the bottom of this newsletter!
“I love that you get cold when it's 71 degrees out. I love that it takes you an hour and a half to order a sandwich. I love that you get a little crinkle above your nose when you're looking at me like I'm nuts. I love that after I spend the day with you, I can still smell your perfume on my clothes. And I love that you are the last person I want to talk to before I go to sleep at night.”

Here is the latest article from my Romance Movies Site:
Great Holiday Films - The Holiday and The Painted Veil
Two new films coming soon to a theatre near you! One film is a romantic comedy with one of my favorite funny girls and the other is a beautiful drama.

Great Holiday Shopping Tips
With less than a month until several December holidays, have you completed your holiday shopping? Hopefully you don’t have to brave the crowds at any stores, but if you do, here are some great shopping tips from Scott Krugman of the National Retail Federation.
“Be flexible”
This simply means that you may not find what you’re looking for. Although you may have a list of exactly what you want, stores may be out of the item. If so, compromise! Find something similar or something altogether different to replace the original.
“Wear comfy shoes”
Standing in lines, rushing through shops, and walking back and forth to the car can definitely take it’s toll on your feet. Wear sneakers!
“Shop earlier or later”
Since most stores (especially in malls) open earlier and close later during the holiday season, go shopping at a different time. Most people will shop early afternoon to early evening, so it’s more crowded then.
“Let someone else do the parking”
Parking lots are a nightmare during the holiday season. Have someone drop you off at the store’s entrance while they navigate the parking lot. Definitely a great time saver!
“Consider giving a gift card”
When all else fails, gift cards can be life savers. Most stores have them available right at the register or even on their websites. Who doesn’t love a gift card?
He also says, “You know I really think it's in consumer's nature to wait until the last minute no matter what. The last week of Christmas usually 30 percent maybe 31 percent of total sales are done.” Know what that means for us? Lower prices!
If you’re anything like me, you loathe large, pushy crowds. I’m done with my shopping because I did it all online. The trick to shopping online? Start early. The earlier you start, the more likely it is your package will arrive well before you need it to. You’re not stuck paying inflated shipping prices, and you don’t have the stress of worrying if it will get there on time either.
