Just a quick note today ~ I have finally posted the Olympic Journaling Prompts that will take us through February ~ I thought I had posted them earlier but had not (sorry!)

Also began a 3 part series on 'Memories' of the heart, mind and spirit. This week I focused on 'Memories of the Heart.'
