Greetings Dear friends!

I hope that this week is finding you full of joy and blessings.

What are you doing to celebrate Black History Month? I'd love to know. Each day we live is a celebration of who we are. Aren't you glad we are not limited to just one month!

There are two special articles that I wanted to share with you this week. They are a part of my history. I love doing research. I come from a very large family and had the privilege of meeting both grand parents, great grand parents and great great grand parents. So my mind is filled with family history.

I had a great time preparing these articles about a little bit of my paternal history. (As I am still compiling my maternal history.) I hope it inspires you to research your family tree. We have advanced so much in terms of research. But the best resource is always family. If you have a grandparent, great grand parent--cherish them, and listen to what they have to say, you mey be suprised what you find out.
