Herbed Goat Cheese Spread Recipe
Greetings from the Snowy Land of Oz!
Spring Break was a lot of fun, but not because of the spring-like weather. It snowed twice, and now we are expecting 6-12 inches of snow to end the delightful week. I did have some extra time to cook up a storm.
Earlier this year, I made this herbed chevre to take to a potluck dinner. It was a hit with my friends. People wanted a recipe. Of course, I had already started a recipe, and they were my test audience. Nobody seemed to mind being a guinea pig for this spreadable delight. They just ate it right up. One of my friends offered me massages, if I would just make her some more Herbed Goat Cheese Spread!
How do you make a great spread for bread, toast, and crackers? Start with a creamy goat cheese, also called chevre. Then, add just the right mix of herbs. You'll have people eating every last crumb of the delicious Herbed Goat Cheese Spread. Here's the recipe.
