Hello Readers

The Daffodil, Tulip and Hyacinth are making an appearance. I have sown my lettuce seeds. Garden work is never done. I will give a progress report with the passing weeks.

Today is Arbor Day! April 22 was Earth Day. On beautiful spring days, thoughts of our beautiful earth come to mind. The same thoughts came to Dr. Seuss. He was worried about the poor stewardship of the Earth’s habitants. The Lorax is Dr. Suess’ ecological warning with his trademark zany poetry and characters. Take a moment and read The Lorax. Don’t forget to plant a tree for Arbor Day. Trees are so important for us.
