Hello. I hope you're having a great summer. Life is good when we feel balanced. We don't have to be financially well-off to feel balanced. And we sure feel good when we reach out to help someone else, or someone reaches out to give us a hand. It's good to help each other because everyone needs help sometime.

This week I'm thinking about the elderly who are not so bad off that they need to give up their independence and move to assisted living, but those who can stay in their homes with a little help from their friends and family.
