Pickled Hot Potato Salad Recipe

I am always looking for ways to save money and to more effectively use the resources that we have as a family. Really, I hate throwing out good pickle juice. Some folks use it to make fresh pickles. Maybe I'll develop a recipe for those veggies later. However, this week my focus was on potato salad. This delicately spiced hot potato salad has an unusually frugal ingredient. Use those leftover dill pickle juices from Claussen Kosher Dills! Instead of using vinegar, add the pickle juice to your hot potato salad for some tangy goodness. It does sound a bit strange, but you'll love it!
