"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Psalm 46:1 ESV
Life has been hectic. I've been so busy that sometimes I've neglected to prepare for my 'Walk.'
I haven't posted a new article to the Christian Living site, but I'll share what has been on my mind. This is what the Holy Spirit has convicted me of. When I'm busy, I forget to pray in advance of all activities. The important and challenging events, for sure. But what about the casual events - like visits with friends and family?
You would think this would be automatic, every morning. But it is easy to forget and start my day in my own power.
So now: On my refrigerator I have a sign asking me what might happen during the day that I need to pray for.
Thanks for understanding about the lack of a new article.

"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord
forever." Psalm 23:6 ESV
