I've had a very good week of exercising, and am looking forward to continued motivation. But some mornings I wake up and feel a sense of disappointment rather than success because I'm not seeing as many changes as I would like, or as fast as I'd hoped for. It reminds me that working only towards a goal without accepting where I am today is a set-up for failure. We are all in transition of some sort. Spend time today accepting your transitional state.
