Making a special Mother's Day dessert couldn't be easier! This recipe uses a store-bought pound cake and pourable frosting to create four individual heart-shaped cakes.

In addition, we've changed the format of the site to include some new topics, like Food Allergies and Picky Eaters.  Look for additional content, links, and articles coming soon!

Finally, I'd like to incorporate readers' recipes on the site! Please send me your favorite springtime recipes and recipes for picky eaters.  (Before I post your recipe, I'll ask you to fill out an online release form indicating your consent.)
