*Hummus Recipe*
2 cups of cooked chickpeas/garbanzo beans *
½ to 1 cup of liquid from cooked beans
Juice from 3 lemons (or ¼ cup lemon juice)
½ cup of sesame butter (Tahini)
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste

Mash or puree the chickpeas. Add all ingredients, saving reserved liquid for last. Add enough of the liquid for the desired consistency. Can be served warm or chilled. Great with raw vegetables or pita bread.

* Can substitute 1 can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans
