Greetings & Welcome to All

We are now approaching the holiday season. It is now September and October is around the corner. Halloween and then it begins. The hustle and bustle of holiday shopping.

For those of you who publish or edit newsletters here's some ideas on holidays and observances for your October newsletter. Even though some observances and holidays are well known there are many more less known. Most of us are familiar with National Breast Cancer Awareness month, Domestic Violence Awareness month, Freedom of Speech week, National Massage Therapy week, International African Diaspora day and Native American day.

As you can tell I have listed month, week and day holidays and observances. Don't forget about Columbus day, Clergy Appreciation day, Yom Kippur and National Pro-Life Cupcake day. Also the month of October hold a couple of Jewish holidays as well.
