I hope you are enjoying fall as we swing into October. Pumpkins, corn stalks, and mums line my little quiet street in upstate New York. This time of year brings me back to the simplicity of childhood. Apple cider, apple sauce, picking out pumpkins, and getting my Halloween costume ready are fond memories that I hold close to my heart. Here's the latest article I have written. Our farmer’s markets explode this time of year. Take advantage of them! Read my article “Simplifying Eating by Becoming a Locavore”. This article has fun ideas on how to become a locavore! Locavores eat only locally grown and produced foods. Eating foods that are grown near your home is a simple and rewarding way to give back to the environment and economy.
